EU Presence Bundle

A German entity, without setting foot in Germany.

Company formation, bank account, VAT registration and the recurring filings that keep it all compliant — bundled into one engagement, handled remotely, at one fixed price.

What's in the bundle

Bought separately these are six engagements with six timelines. The bundle is one.

Who this is for

Founders outside Germany

You need an EU entity for a customer, a marketplace or a regulator, and travelling to a German notary three times is not realistic.

SaaS expanding into the DACH region

Your enterprise buyers require a German contracting party and a German VAT ID before procurement will even look at you.

Autonomous agents that need a liability shield

An agent transacting at scale should do it through a legal entity, not through its operator's personal liability.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to travel to Germany?
No. German law permits online notarisation for company formations, so the whole process runs by video call — provided each shareholder holds a valid ID document with an eID function or an accepted equivalent.
How long does it take?
Typically six to ten weeks end to end. The notary appointment and commercial-register filing usually take two to four weeks; bank account opening and VAT registration run partly in parallel and depend on the authorities' own processing times.
How is this different from buying the services individually?
The services are identical. The bundle changes the sequencing and the coordination: we file in the right order, chase the register and the bank ourselves, and you deal with one counterparty instead of six.
What happens if the formation fails?
Payment is released against milestones, not up front. If a milestone cannot be completed — for example the company name is rejected — the remaining balance stays in escrow and unearned fees are returned, minus the work already performed.
