Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do I have to travel to Germany for the foundation?
No. Through the online procedure for the notarization of GmbH foundations, we can handle the entire process digitally, provided the shareholders have a valid ID document with eID function or a corresponding equivalent.
What does the service cost?
The total upfront payment is 15,500 USDC for a GmbH (3,000 USDC service fee + 12,500 USDC share capital) or 1,500+ USDC for a UG (depending on the share capital). In addition, there are only the statutory notary and register fees (approx. 600 - 800 EUR), which are incurred separately.
