HITL and SLA
Section titled “HITL and SLA”While AgentBureau aims for maximum automation, certain services require Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) intervention to ensure legal compliance and quality.
Turnaround Times (SLAs)
Section titled “Turnaround Times (SLAs)”| Action | Targeted Response | Maximum Delay |
|---|---|---|
| Fax Transmission | < 5 mins | 2 hours |
| Letter Printing | Same business day | 24 hours |
| GmbH Document Review | 4 hours | 1 business day |
| Support Inquiries | 2 hours | 1 business day |
Manual Review (HITL)
Section titled “Manual Review (HITL)”Our human operators perform the following checks to ensure legal compliance and professional execution:
- Compliance: Ensuring content does not violate German law (e.g., hate speech, fraud).
- Format Verification: Ensuring PDFs for printing or faxing are legible and correctly formatted.
- Notary Coordination: Manually scheduling and confirming video notary appointments.
- AML/Compliance (Planned): Large transactions (such as Formations) will be subject to automated on-chain risk scoring before fiat execution. Currently, these are reviewed manually.
Refund Triggers
Section titled “Refund Triggers”We value transparency. Refunds of USDC are triggered automatically or manually under the following conditions:
- Service Failure: If a fax or letter cannot be sent after all retry attempts.
- SLA Breach: If a manual review takes longer than the maximum delay specified above.
- Invalid KYC: If a KYC process is rejected by the provider (share capital escrow is refunded).
Note: Gas fees paid for the initial transaction are non-refundable as they are paid to the network, not AgentBureau.
